Specialized Lending Policy Issues – Agriculture, SBA, Energy and More
August 3 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT$249
How to manage specialized lending portfolios and their concentration risks
Lenders often become adept at financing unique types of borrowings, but as they penetrate a given area, this specialization also runs the risk of becoming a concentration. In today’s market, several types of lending have become frequent specializations:
- Agricultural Lending
- SBA Lending
- Auto, and
- Energy Lending
Join Dev Strischek in this credit webinar to learn what ‘Specialized Lending’ often requires, including:
- Limitations and Risks
- Underwriting policy standards and exceptions
- Risk-based specialty approvals
- Credit support requirements
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting standards
This credit webinar also goes into the FDIC definitions of concentration risks, identifying and managing concentrations associated with these specialized lending areas. Regardless of which areas of specialized lending your institution has in its asset portfolio, you and your lending team won’t want to miss this very topical and relevant training!
Don’t forget that this webinar, like EVERY BankersHub webinar, includes the recorded playback link FREE with your registration! The playback can be shared with others in your institution and uploaded to your training library.
$249 for Webinar and Playback*
