What You'll Learn
Course Overview: Active shooter events don’t happen often, and the chance that you’ll be involved in one is low. However, you need to be prepared. This training will explain your options to run, hide, or fight. Think of it like a fire drill. You probably practiced fire drills as kids in school and maybe even still do in your office building. Being prepared mentally and physically will put you in a better position to respond and protect yourself.
Learning Objectives:
-
Ways to respond to an active shooter event

The importance of making a plan
-
What to do when law enforcement arrives
-
The profile of a shooter
