What You'll Learn
Accountability in the Workplace helps leaders move beyond micromanagement and vague expectations to build a culture of real ownership on their teams. Using realistic scenarios, reflection activities, and practical tools, you will explore what accountability truly means, why it often breaks down, and how psychological safety shapes performance and follow-through.
The course introduces a clear framework for understanding accountability, including the difference between assigned and agreed accountability, and provides an opportunity to practice building a five-part accountability agreement that can be applied in real workplace conversations. With interactive learning and downloadable job aids, this course equips leaders with practical strategies to strengthen trust, improve communication, and drive better results.
