About This Course
This course provides a broad introduction to the banking industry, touching on the major functional areas new bankers need to understand—including deposit operations, lending, compliance, and payments. Designed as both an onboarding resource and a refresher, the session gives new employees a solid foundation while helping experienced bankers brush up on general industry knowledge across the board.

His extensive professional background of over 30 years encompasses 22 years as a Business Trainer/ Contract CFO and 16 years as a bank commercial lender including the position of Vice President/Senior Banking Officer. His banking credentials include loan underwriting, loan “work-out”, management, and business development.
