About This Course

This course provides board members with foundational and up-to-date training on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC requirements. While the term "annual" does not appear explicitly in the regulation or examination manual, the expectation to keep the Board current on BSA and OFAC developments effectively makes this a yearly training need. The session equips board members with the knowledge necessary to fulfill their oversight responsibilities and stay current on regulatory expectations.
