BSA Officer Update
About This Course
As we approach the end of 2026, we need to wrap up changes to our BSA policy, procedures and risk assessments. This program will look at new risk threats, new confidentiality guidance, the proposed AML rule and all things 2026 for BSA/AML. We’ll review the 314(b) Fact Sheet and how information sharing between institutions can support your investigations, as well as how to help law enforcement properly while staying within your regulatory obligations. Whether you’re finalizing year-end updates or preparing your program for 2027, this session will help ensure your BSA/AML program is current, compliant and ready for the year ahead.
