What You'll Learn
Many professionals in professional settings are starting to reject the idea of the cold, professional environment. Dubbed ‘The Great Resignation,’ more and more employees are in search of a career that gives them purpose and provides growth as well as empathetic regard to work-life balance.
This course will provide you with an opportunity to learn how empathy can help you build relationships, retain talent, and give a personal insight into how you communicate with others. We will discuss how to navigate difficult conversations individually and in groups. We will explore your personal communication style and learn how to build empathy into your professional identity as an employee and colleague. Right now, learning to communicate is critical for our time as more employees are burnt out and trying to navigate multiple roles both at home and work.
