What You'll Learn
Course Overview: Loan fraud does not always announce itself—it often arrives as a polished application with consistent details, a believable backstory, and just enough information to move forward without hesitation. Loan Fraud gives banking and lending professionals a practical, scenario-based foundation for recognizing the warning signs of fraud at every stage of the loan process, even when applications appear legitimate.
Through realistic scenarios and interactive exercises, this course walks you through the most common types of loan fraud—from application and identity fraud to AI-assisted schemes—and equips you with the awareness, judgment, and escalation skills needed to pause when something does not add up and take the right next steps.
This course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.
