Although sexual harassment has been declared illegal, several problems concerning the prevention and handling of sexual harassment continue to plague workers and employers alike. The topic of sexual harassment brings a natural reluctance to delve into it, even though a major portion of the workforce, both men and women, have been affected. It is a topic that can bring up many feelings including lack of trust and being vulnerable. It is each and every person’s responsibility to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
Every situation is different, but we all need to be aware of how our actions affect others. The warning signs may not always be easy to spot, so we need to become well educated. By completing this Course, you are playing a big part in creating a work environment.
