What You'll Learn
Course Overview: In this course, you’ll learn how to recognize suspicious wire situations and respond with sound judgment. Through realistic wire scenarios and decision points, you’ll practice spotting behavioral, transactional, and situational red flags, slowing the interaction down, asking practical questions, verifying key details through trusted sources, and determining the right next step based on what you learn.
By the end of the course, you should feel better prepared to tell the difference between a situation that needs closer review and one that requires escalation, documentation, or action based on whether funds have already been sent and your institution’s procedures.
