Course Overview: This course is designed to provide all financial institution employees with an understanding of workplace violence, potential warning signs, and the appropriate actions that should be taken.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define the types of workplace violence
  • Recognize workplace violence “red flags”
  • Understand how to respond in an active shooter situation
  • Explain OSHA standards for workplace violence
